Susan diRende - Unpronounceable

Susan writes, paints, performs, and directs with the goal of bringing about illumination and transformation through laughter. In 2005, she founded the Broad Humor Film Festival to support women’s comedic vision on film and ran it for the first 9 years, when it was named one of the 5 top film festivals for women in the world. Susan visits the store with her new novella Unpronounceable (Aqueduct Press) where humans make first contact with aliens and decide a global lottery is the best way to pick an ambassador. Hilarity ensues as Rose Delancy, full-time Jersey waitress/part-time interstellar ambassador, teaches the aliens about junk food, movies, and sex
